A joyful patchwork pouch made from colourful strips of Liberty lawn, paired with reclaimed denim for a beautifully practical everyday bag.
The patchwork began with the remnants left from making my Liberty cleansing cloths. Rather than consigning those narrow strips to the scrap box, I pieced and quilted them together, creating a completely new textile. Each pouch is backed with reclaimed denim from jeans and finished with a coordinating lawn cotton lining.
No two are quite alike. The placement of the Liberty prints varies from pouch to pouch, as does the denim and lining, making each Tutti Fruitti a one-off.
Generously sized for make-up, toiletries, travel essentials, sewing notions, chargers or all those smaller things that otherwise disappear into the bottom of a bag.
