Brocante Brique is a generously sized, relaxed tote with a story already woven into its cloth.
The red and cream gingham cotton began life as French bedlinen that was far too good to be discarded, so I’ve repurposed the fabric into a roomy everyday tote designed to be used and enjoyed all over again.
The gingham contains a surprisingly nuanced mix of colour, from cooler vermillion red and amaryllis through to warmer peach and papaya tones.
Turn the bag inside out and there’s an entirely different look, a soft neutral check that makes Brocante Brique fully reversible.
Its oversized, unstructured shape is deliberately relaxed, with long handles for comfortable shoulder carrying and plenty of room for everyday essentials, shopping, holidays, beach days, creative projects or a day out in London.
